How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your Audalimo account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send Email Request

    Send an email to limodev@audalimo.com

  2. Provide Required Information

    Include the following details in your email:

    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Phone number associated with your account
    • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

  3. Processing Time

    Our team will process your request within 7 business days

Data Deletion Information

When you request account deletion, the following data will be removed:

  • Your account profile and personal information will be permanently deleted
  • Your trip history and preferences will be removed
  • Your payment information will be deleted from our systems

Data Retention Notice

Some information may be retained for legal and accounting purposes for up to 30 days after deletion. This includes:

  • Transaction records required by law
  • Safety and security records
  • Dispute-related information
